Description

Design, develop, and support Workday Studio integrations and EIB data loads for the HCM system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for data loads and integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration and data issues to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Support Workday HCM system administration, reporting, and audits.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Stay current with Workday releases and implement best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Strong technical knowledge of Workday HCM, with Payroll experience preferred.
• Proven experience in integration development, data migration, and reporting.
• Ability to perform system configuration, testing, and production support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Studio or Integration Cloud certifications.
• Experience supporting multi-module Workday HCM environments.
