Architect and implement scalable Workday Financials solutions for large-scale ERP migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions across Core Financials, R2R, P2P, and Grants modules.
• Optimize Grants Management processes including Pre-/Post-Award, Effort Certification, and Subawards.
• Lead migrations from legacy systems like PeopleSoft to Workday.
• Design advanced reporting frameworks using Prism Analytics and Workday Extend.
• Facilitate requirements confirmation and conduct gap analysis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years dedicated experience with Workday Financials solutions.
• 10+ years experience in ERP implementations.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday integration tools: Studio, EIB, BIRT, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Expertise in Workday Financials modules (Core Financials, Revenue Management, Contracts-to-Cash).
• Proven experience ensuring compliance with US GAAP and federal grant guidelines.
• Ability to design security frameworks and Foundation Data Model (FDM) structures.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Workday Extend and Prism Analytics for custom analytics.
