Description

You will design and own end-to-end Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead full lifecycle Workday implementations (Design, Build, Deploy, Support).
• Define integration strategies across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, payroll vendors).
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Drive solution optimization, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• Strong experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end solution architecture design.
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday security framework and business process configuration.
• Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connector).
• Strong understanding of Data Architecture, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience with APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and middleware tools.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of HR, Finance, Payroll, and Recruiting processes.
• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
