Description

You will design and own end-to-end Workday solutions, translating complex business requirements into scalable architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Workday implementations across Design, Build, Deploy, and Support phases.
• Define integration strategies across enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and payroll vendors.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for solution delivery.
• Drive solution optimization, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture with strong expertise in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday security framework and business process configuration.
• Experience with Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connector.
• Strong understanding of Data Architecture, reporting, and analytics.
• Proficiency with APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and middleware tools.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and experience working in Agile delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of HR, Finance, Payroll, and Recruiting processes.
• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
