Design and oversee the technical architecture for Workday financial and HR implementations in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Workday Financial modules including GL, AP, Expense, and Asset Management.
• Manage inbound and outbound data integrations for HR modules.
• Architect solutions that bridge Workday functionality with AWS environments.
• Oversee technical configuration to ensure module alignment with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical architecture or implementation roles.
• Deep expertise in Workday Financial modules: GL, AP, Expense, and Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HR module inbound and outbound integrations.
• Proven track record of full-lifecycle Workday implementations.
• Working knowledge of AWS.
• Strong understanding of Workday data structures and integration patterns.
