Description

You design and implement scalable Workday solutions that align with HR strategy and business objectives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR stakeholders to identify business needs and propose actionable Workday solutions.
• Perform hands-on configuration for Business Processes, Calculated Fields, Condition Rules, and Custom Reports.
• Evaluate standard functionality versus custom configuration to recommend the best technical approach.
• Collaborate with Security and Data Management teams on security design, EIBs, and worker data loads.
• Support biannual release management by assessing new features and recommending adoption strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Core HCM, including Recruiting, Talent, Performance, and Advanced Compensation.
• Proven track record owning solution design and configuration from requirements through implementation.
• Deep understanding of the Workday HCM data model and module relationships.
• Experience configuring Business Processes, Calculated Fields, Condition Rules, and Custom Reports.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable, documented solutions.
• Working knowledge of Workday Security concepts and EIB-related activities.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Certification (Core HCM or relevant suite certifications).
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and global HR organizations.
• Exposure to Finance domains or broader Workday ecosystem knowledge.
