Description

You will design and implement Workday solutions for remote clients in Mexico, focusing on Compensation, HCM, Payroll, and Finance modules.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Workday solutions across Compensation, HCM, Payroll, and Finance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.
• Manage the full solution lifecycle from design through deployment and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial and HR objectives.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience as a Workday Solution Architect or similar role.
• Deep expertise in Workday Compensation and HCM modules.
• Proven experience implementing Workday Payroll and Finance solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
