Description

Design and integrate complex HR and payroll solutions across multiple systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions by integrating disparate systems and third-party technologies.
• Model business processes to meet HR and payroll functional requirements.
• Build demonstration scenarios to present key functional requirements to business user groups.
• Facilitate technical discussions and apply project methodology to system implementations.
• Manage integrations including Workday PECI, PICOF, Time and Attendance, and General Ledger file inputs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with HCM and Payroll implementations.
• 6+ years of experience as an Architect specifically with Workday and ADP implementations.
• Expert knowledge of Workday PECI and PICOF integrations.
• Deep understanding of Time and Attendance integrations and General Ledger File integrations.
• Strong business acumen regarding HR and Payroll processes.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and facilitation.
• Knowledge of ITFSS project methodology.
• Ability to integrate third-party solutions within the existing ecosystem.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ADP implementations.
