Description

Design and oversee enterprise integrations between Workday, Salesforce, and HR systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions connecting Workday with Salesforce and other HR platforms.
• Design technical workflows for HCM, benefits, and payroll software implementations.
• Manage the integration of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud computing technologies.
• Ensure architectural alignment between HR systems and cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise architecture.
• Deep expertise in Workday implementation and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and HCM software.
• Experience managing benefits and payroll software integrations.
• Technical knowledge of cloud computing (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS).

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
