Description

Design, configure, and optimize Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Time Off solutions while integrating AI-driven automation and custom external tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Workday HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards, and Time Off/Absence Management modules.
• Design technical solutions and gather requirements for complex People technology problems.
• Build custom interfaces and client-side logic using Workday Extend, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop third-party integrations and scripted interactions using Workday Studio, XML, and XSLT.
• Create operational dashboards in Workday and Tableau to drive data-informed decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS or People Technology with extensive Workday configuration.
• Expertise in Core HCM, Workday Recruiting, and Time Off/Absence Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end Workday Extend UI design.
• Strong skills in XML, XSLT, and Workday Studio for SOAP APIs and external system connections.
• Experience with AI and automation, including writing effective prompts for generative AI systems.
• Ability to build complex analyses and automations using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to data integrity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
• Knowledge of custom external tools and agentic platforms.
