Description

You will own the configuration, enhancement, and optimization of the Workday People technology ecosystem, including HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards, and Time Off/Absence Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Absence Management modules.
• Design technical solutions leveraging AI and automation to streamline administrative processes.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and metrics in Workday and Tableau.
• Provide technical consultation to the People team, solving complex technology-related business problems.
• Partner with People Operations to design technology supporting evolving service delivery models.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Technology.
• Extensive hands-on Workday configuration experience in a global environment.
• Expertise in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, Workday Dashboards, and Workday Time Off/Absence Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end Workday Extend UI design and client-side logic.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and Workday Studio for building third-party connections and SOAP APIs.
• Strong technical acumen to build complex analyses and automation using tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience with AI and automation, including writing prompts for generative AI systems.
