Description

You will own the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday HCM ecosystem, driving technical solutions that leverage AI and automation to streamline global HR processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Workday HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards, and Time Off/Absence Management based on detailed business requirements.
• Build AI-integrated solutions and custom user interfaces using Workday Extend, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop third-party system integrations and scripted interactions via Workday Studio, XML, XSLT, and SOAP APIs.
• Design and maintain operational dashboards in Workday and Tableau to support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with People Operations to identify automation opportunities and provide technical guidance for complex business problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS or People Technology with extensive hands-on Workday configuration.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM (Core), Recruiting, Dashboards, and Time Off/Absence Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end Workday Extend UI design and client-side logic.
• Strong skills in XML, XSLT, and Workday Studio for building complex integrations and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with AI and automation, including writing effective prompts for generative AI systems (e.g., GEM, ChatGPT).
• Ability to build complex analyses and models using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on scalable, practical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
