Description

You will own the configuration, optimization, and solution design of the Workday ecosystem, leveraging AI and automation to streamline global People operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive hands-on configuration and enhancement of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards, and Time Off/Absence Management.
• Utilize Workday Extend to enable AI-integrated solutions with custom external tools and agentic platforms.
• Support development and maintenance of key metrics and operational dashboards in Workday and Tableau.
• Provide technical guidance and customer support to the People team, acting as a trusted consultant for complex business problems.
• Partner with People Operations to design technology that supports evolving delivery models and drives automation adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Technology with extensive Workday configuration.
• Expertise in Workday HCM (Core HCM), Workday Recruiting, Workday Dashboards, and Workday Time Off/Absence Management.
• Strong technical acumen with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end Workday Extend UI design and client-side logic.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and Workday Studio to build third-party system connections, SOAP APIs, or scripted interactions.
• Ability to build complex analyses, models, and automations using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience with AI and automation, including writing effective prompts for generative AI systems (e.g., Google GEM, ChatGPT, Glean).
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is a significant plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RPA tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a history of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
