Description

Lead the implementation and functional design of Workday Student Financials for public higher education and government clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and lead functional design, prototyping, and process design including flow mapping.
• Manage full implementation cycles including testing, training, and defining support procedures.
• Organize and deliver services across multiple project workstreams.
• Develop contract deliverables using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Communicate technical and functional requirements clearly to diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering Workday Student solutions.
• At least one full life cycle implementation of Workday Student Financials.
• Deep knowledge of student accounts, bursar functions, and business processes.
• Understanding of touchpoints with Admissions, Student Records, and Financial Aid functional areas.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Student Certification.
• Experience with integrations between Student Financials/Accounts and supporting systems like Payment processing, Student Refunds, or General Ledger.
