Description

Lead the implementation and functional design of Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules. Own the full delivery lifecycle from requirements to support.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements management, functional design, prototyping, and process design including scenario design and flow mapping.
• Manage testing, training, and the definition of support procedures for Workday Student implementations.
• Organize and deliver services across a variety of client projects.
• Develop contract deliverables using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Communicate complex functional processes clearly to diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering Workday Student solutions.
• At least one full life-cycle implementation of the Workday Student Recruiting & Admissions module.
• Deep knowledge of student recruiting and admissions business processes.
• Understanding of reporting and touchpoints with Student Records, Student Financials, and Financial Aid.
• Proficiency in functional design, prototyping, and process design.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Student certification.
