Description

You will lead end-to-end Workday Student implementations and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Workday Student project delivery, including roadmap creation, project planning, and day-to-day monitoring.
• Control project scope based on the Statement of Work, managing change requests and preventing scope creep.
• Assess action items, risks, and issues while maintaining logs and contingency plans.
• Oversee project financials, including the development of financial plans.
• Provide coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams while managing product enhancement backlogs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant Workday Student experience.
• 2 years of experience leading Workday Student projects and workstreams.
• Proven experience managing at least one end-to-end Workday Student Information System (SIS) implementation.
• Technical knowledge of SIS integrations, conversions, and reporting requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Student, Workday EM/PM, or Workday HCM certifications.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Knowledge of the Student Life Cycle.
