Description

You will lead the implementation and functional design of Workday Student Records solutions for public higher education and government clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and lead requirements management, functional design, and prototyping.
• Design processes including scenario design, flow mapping, and testing.
• Develop training programs and define support procedures for implementations.
• Deliver contract deliverables using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Manage services across a cross-section of projects through clear written and verbal communication.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience delivering Workday Student solutions.
• At least one full life cycle implementation of Workday Student Records.
• Deep knowledge of student records/registrar functions and business processes.
• Experience with Student Information System (SIS) touchpoints, including Student Admissions, Student Financials, and Financial Aid.
• Proficiency in testing, training, and defining support procedures.
• Advanced use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required role certifications.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Student Certification.
• Experience with integrations between Student records management and supporting systems such as Learning Management Systems, Transcripts, Transfer Credit articulation, or Graduation.
