Lead the functional design and implementation of Workday Student Records for public higher education and government clients.
Responsibilities
Identify business requirements and lead requirements management, functional design, and prototyping.
Design processes including scenario design, flow mapping, and testing.
Develop training programs and define support procedures for implementations.
Deliver contract deliverables using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Manage services across multiple projects through clear written and verbal communication.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience delivering Workday Student solutions.
At least one full life cycle implementation of Workday Student Records.
Deep knowledge of student records/registrar functions and business processes.
Experience with Student Information System (SIS) touchpoints, including Student Admissions, Student Financials, and Financial Aid.
Proficiency in testing, training, and defining support procedures.
Advanced use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain and maintain required role certifications.
Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
Bachelor's degree and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Skills
Workday Student Certification.
Experience with integrations between Student records management and supporting systems such as Learning Management Systems, Transcripts, Transfer Credit articulation, or Graduation.
