You will manage and optimize Workday functionality to support complex HRIS initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and IT teams to gather, document, and validate requirements for Workday enhancements, integrations, and new functionality.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead test planning and execution.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Workday capabilities and best practices.
- Support regular Workday releases by evaluating new features, testing functionality, and advising on adoption strategies.
- Assist HR leaders with data management, data analysis, and data quality management for HR reports and management information.
- Develop test scenarios and cases, execute functional testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in HRIS or related analytical roles.
- Strong functional knowledge across multiple Workday domains.
- Proficiency in Data Management and Data Analysis.
- Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Rally.
- Proven ability as an HR Analyst.
- Experience coordinating UAT and functional testing processes.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical documentation.
