Description

You will manage and optimize Workday functionality to support complex HRIS initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and IT teams to gather, document, and validate requirements for Workday enhancements, integrations, and new functionality.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead test planning and execution.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Workday capabilities and best practices.
  • Support regular Workday releases by evaluating new features, testing functionality, and advising on adoption strategies.
  • Assist HR leaders with data management, data analysis, and data quality management for HR reports and management information.
  • Develop test scenarios and cases, execute functional testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience in HRIS or related analytical roles.
  • Strong functional knowledge across multiple Workday domains.
  • Proficiency in Data Management and Data Analysis.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Rally.
  • Proven ability as an HR Analyst.
  • Experience coordinating UAT and functional testing processes.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into technical documentation.
