Description

You will configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday HCM functional areas and integration systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday HCM functional areas including core HCM, absence, benefits, compensation, business processes, and security.
• Develop and maintain integration systems across the Workday integration platform, including ERP and third-party connections.
• Build and debug custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday Studio.
• Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing while maintaining system integrity and managing upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience on the Workday platform with Business Systems Analyst or Development experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday features: user management, roles/profiles, permissions, custom objects, and business processes.
• Strong experience with Workday project implementations and the integrations platform.
• Proficiency in Workday Platform and Business Systems Analyst practices.
• Experience gathering requirements and building detailed functional design specifications with business end users.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Pro Certification in Integrations and HCM.
