Manage and configure talent management processes within the Workday ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Enable and configure Workday Skills Cloud functionality.
• Manage the Talent Marketplace implementation and administration.
• Configure and maintain core HCM modules.
• Support talent management workflows and employee engagement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Workday systems.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Skills Cloud.
• Direct experience managing Workday Talent Marketplace.
• Proficiency in core HCM modules.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
