Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary Workday SME for the organization.
Lead and support end-to-end Workday deployment, including requirements, configuration oversight, testing, and go-live execution.
Manage project milestones, deliverables, risks, and timelines across functional teams.
Translate business needs into detailed system requirements and functional specifications.
Partner with HR, IT, and finance stakeholders to ensure Workday functionality meets operational and compliance demands.
Facilitate workshops, end-user training, and organizational change management.
Troubleshoot system issues and recommend enhancements for continuous optimization.
Coordinate with external Workday consultants and manage vendor relationships.
Maintain documentation covering workflows, processes, and best practices for scalability.
Required Qualifications
5+ years as a business analyst or functional lead with hands-on Workday experience.
Proven experience in Workday implementation (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Time & Absence preferred).
Strong background managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
Solid understanding of HR, finance, and IT business processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with executives and end-users.
Ability to influence decisions, ensure accountability, and coordinate project teams
