Description

Lead Workday deployments and serve as the primary subject matter expert, translating business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday deployment, including requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, and go-live execution.
• Translate business needs into detailed system requirements and functional specifications for HR, finance, and IT teams.
• Manage project milestones, deliverables, risks, and timelines across functional teams and external vendors.
• Facilitate workshops, end-user training, and organizational change management to ensure adoption.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend enhancements for continuous optimization and scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or functional lead with hands-on Workday expertise.
• Proven experience in Workday implementation, specifically in HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Time & Absence.
• Strong background managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from start to finish.
• Solid understanding of HR, finance, and IT business processes and compliance demands.
• Ability to interface effectively with executives, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Experience coordinating with external Workday consultants and managing vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in maintaining documentation for workflows, processes, and best practices.
