Description

You will serve as the primary Workday Subject Matter Expert, leading end-to-end deployments from requirements to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday deployments, overseeing configuration, testing, and execution.
• Translate business needs into detailed system requirements and functional specifications.
• Manage project milestones, deliverables, risks, and timelines across functional teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend enhancements for continuous optimization.
• Partner with HR, IT, and finance stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a business analyst or functional lead with hands-on Workday experience.
• Proven experience in Workday implementation (HCM, Payroll, Finance).
• Experience with Time & Absence modules is preferred.
• Strong background managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Solid understanding of HR, finance, and IT business processes.
• Ability to interface with executives and end-users.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and coordinate project teams.
