Description

Act as the primary Workday Subject Matter Expert, leading end-to-end deployment from requirements through go-live.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday deployment, managing requirements, configuration oversight, testing, and execution.
• Translate business needs into detailed system requirements and functional specifications.
• Manage project milestones, deliverables, risks, and timelines across functional teams.
• Facilitate workshops, end-user training, and organizational change management.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend enhancements for continuous optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Lead with hands-on Workday experience.
• Proven experience in Workday Implementation (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Time & Absence preferred).
• Strong background managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Solid understanding of HR, finance, and IT business processes.
• Excellent communication skills interfacing with executives and end-users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on Workday Implementation capability.
