Description

Lead full lifecycle Workday deployments as the primary Subject Matter Expert, translating business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional and system specifications.
• Lead configuration, testing, validation, and go-live readiness for Workday deployments.
• Manage implementation milestones, deliverables, risks, and timelines across projects.
• Troubleshoot system issues and drive post-go-live optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Lead with hands-on Workday experience.
• Proven experience in Workday implementation or large-scale system deployments.
• Deep functional knowledge of Workday modules, specifically HCM, Payroll, and Finance.
• Strong background managing cross-functional technology projects.
• Solid understanding of HR, Finance, and IT business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization and enhancement cycles.
• Exposure to Workday reporting, integrations, or data conversion.
