Description

Execute technical analysis, configuration, and integration maintenance within the Workday ERP platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard Workday integrations and configurations to support enterprise operations.
• Run technical reports, analyze results, gather logs, and develop custom reports as needed.
• Reproduce technical issues and create detailed technical cases for resolution.
• Assist Internal Audit and Compliance teams with regulatory reporting and testing.
• Recommend improvements to technical SOPs, controls, tools, and metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an ERP platform with enterprise-level project delivery.
• 3 years of direct experience in Workday.
• Strong understanding of compliance-driven configuration, including SOX approval workflows.
• Knowledge of access and role-based security models (domains, segregation of duties).
• Experience handling sensitive data securely, ensuring integrations do not expose PII improperly.
• Experience with APIs and integration patterns (EIBs, Studio integrations).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and SDLC tools like Jira.
• Basic programming ability in one foundational language (C, C++, Java, Python, C#).

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of business process design across Core HCM modules (Benefits, Talent, Payroll).
• Experience with other ERP platforms (PeopleSoft, Lawson, SAP).
