Description

Own the highest technical escalation for production issues and AMS problem management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full integration lifecycle including design, development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Oversee data flow between Workday and third-party applications using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Lead system monitoring, interface error management, and root cause analysis.
• Mentor AMS developers and analysts; review code and integration designs.
• Conduct quarterly security audits and ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday technical architecture.
• Expertise with APIs and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with EIB, Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Knowledge of GDPR and SOX compliance requirements.
• Experience leading system monitoring and interface error management.
• Ability to enforce technical and change control standards.
• Strong background in root cause analysis for production issues.
