Description

You will lead technical development and maintenance of Workday integrations and applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize Workday applications using Workday Extend.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations via Workday Studio.
• Manage version control, deployment, and release activities for technical components.
• Perform unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor and optimize performance of integrations and extensions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Workday technical development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio for complex data transformations and orchestration.
• Proven ability to design and build applications within the Workday Extend framework.
• Deep knowledge of integration patterns: SOAP, REST, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Workday integrations.
• Understanding of API-based integrations and workflow automation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation processes and configurations.
