Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Workday integration and reporting solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, dashboards, and BIRT reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Integrations and Workday Studio functionality.
• Lead technical solution design and manage release processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of Workday HCM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Workday Studio.
• Proficiency in Advanced Report Writer, BIRT Reporting, and data analytics.
• Experience with Cloud Connect components including PICOF, PECI, CCW, and CCB.
• Working knowledge of Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, and Custom fields.
• Ability to work with XML and XSLT for integration and reporting tasks.
• Experience in testing and validation of Workday integrations and reports.
