Description

You will provide technical support for Workday systems, managing incidents, service requests, and enhancements through root-cause analysis and solution planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and service requests by identifying root causes and planning solutions.
• Monitor support service adherence to SLAs and refine processes to ensure compliance.
• Analyze technical incident themes to identify training requirements or system refinements.
• Maintain Knowledge Base articles and document EIB execution and technical Workday processes.
• Monitor integrations and manage failures to maintain system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Workday technical support.
• Hands-on experience with EIB creation, population, and loading.
• Working knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and Security modules.
• Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reports, including scheduling and alerts.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience in L2 support environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) processes.
