You will provide technical consulting expertise within the Workday ecosystem, focusing on reporting and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom reports and dashboards within Workday.
• Partner with HR and Finance to gather and implement reporting requirements.
• Standardize reporting templates through Center of Excellence initiatives.
• Mentor analysts on calculated fields and composite reporting techniques.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across all reporting functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with Workday Report Writer.
• Experience using Prism Analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.
• Skilled in Jira for tracking development tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience collaborating using Microsoft Teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
