Description

You will design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow for HR and payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Web Services.
• Implement PICOF and PECI integrations for third-party payroll vendors.
• Lead technical discussions with HR, Payroll, and ADP teams to translate business requirements into configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday payroll and integrations.
• Manage multiple integration projects while adhering to delivery deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Workday Integration development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB.
• Proven experience in PECI production support and enhancements for medium to large projects.
• Proficiency with SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Workday Web Services.
• Deep understanding of HCM processes and payroll data flows.
• Experience implementing PICOF and PECI integrations.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for streamlining integration development.
