Description

You will own the technical support and optimization of the Workday Payroll module.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex payroll issues, including tax calculations, data feed discrepancies, and user errors.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Review integration architecture to identify gaps and improve Workday–Oracle data flows.
• Support end-users through training and knowledge transfer while managing tickets in Jira.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll (mandatory).
• Deep expertise in Workday Integrations: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• 5+ years of experience in post-go-live support environments.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, tax calculations, and compliance.
• Experience integrating Workday with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Familiarity with HRMS ecosystems and third-party vendor integrations.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems, specifically Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with benefits platforms such as ADP, Fidelity, or E*Trade.
