Description

Design, build, and maintain complex bi-directional integrations within Workday Studio for payroll data exchange with third-party systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio for global payroll compliance.
• Perform root-cause analysis on Studio failures and discrepancies to resolve critical payroll errors.
• Manage technical setup of earnings, deductions, and pay groups using advanced Calculated Fields.
• Troubleshoot live issues with the Payroll team and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Handle data mapping and transformation using XSLT, Java, and MVEL.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Payroll, including PECI and PICOF.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, and Web Services (SOAP, REST).
• Experience developing integrations using Workday Studio.
• Strong ability to perform rapid root-cause analysis on integration failures.
• Familiarity with Java and MVEL within the Workday ecosystem.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work onsite three days per week in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago.
