Description

You will build and manage complex Workday integrations, including requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Workday integrations from requirements to deployment.
• Build and manage advanced integrations using Workday Studio.
• Implement authentication mechanisms and integrate with third-party systems via EIB.
• Develop and deliver advanced, matrix, and complex reports aligned to business needs.
• Support headcount management and staffing processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Workday Studio integrations.
• Proficiency in Workday Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with EIB for external integrations.
• Deep understanding of Workday security, authentication, and data protocols.
• Familiarity with Workday Core HCM and staffing functions.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
