Description

You will manage the configuration, integration, and maintenance of Workday modules and data flows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Payroll, Benefits, and Rewards & Recognition modules, including business processes, organizational structures, and security roles.
• Design and implement integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday APIs, Web Services, EIBs, and Studio.
• Develop data mapping specifications and transformation rules to ensure accurate synchronization between systems.
• Execute test plans, perform debugging, and conduct performance optimization to resolve defects.
• Maintain detailed documentation for API specifications, data mappings, and configuration guides.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience as a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday Payroll, Benefits, and Rewards & Recognition.
• Proficiency in developing integrations using Workday APIs, Web Services, EIBs, and Studio.
• Strong understanding of data integration principles and mapping techniques.
• Experience with testing methodologies and debugging tools.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, Typescript, NodeJs, or Lamp Stack.
