Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Financials.
• Design, build, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Develop calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and Business Process Frameworks (BPFs).
• Support data migration, validation, and transformation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday configuration and integration issues.
• Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve HR and Finance business processes.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and post-production activities.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with Workday.
• Strong experience in at least one functional area such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Financials.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations including EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Workday reporting tools and calculated fields.
• Understanding of Workday Business Process design and configuration.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs, and web services.
• Experience with data migration and transformation activities.
• Prior experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Certifications (HCM, Integrations, Financials, etc.).
• Experience with Workday Extend and/or Prism Analytics.
• Experience supporting enterprise HR and Finance transformations.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and third-party integrations
