Description

You will own the quality assurance of HR operations processes within Workday, ensuring system integrity and accurate data handling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain test scripts and scenarios for all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Workday processes.
• Execute manual testing for HR operations, including benefit changes, compensation adjustments, and employee data updates.
• Log defects and report open issues to management to drive resolution.
• Update existing test scripts to align with security redesign changes and ensure coverage of the testing scope.
• Partner with MyHR management to validate that all testing requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing or quality assurance roles.
• Hands-on experience with Manual Testing and Quality Assurance processes.
• Working knowledge of Workday transactions and HR operations processes (benefits, compensation).
• Proficiency with Test Scripts and System Integration Testing.
• Experience using QTP and SoapUI.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Any Graduate degree.
