Description

You own end-to-end testing for Workday configurations, integrations, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases based on project requirements and Workday modules.
• Execute test plans and document results accurately within defined timeframes.
• Test Workday configurations, integrations, and business processes thoroughly.
• Identify, report, and track defects or issues discovered during testing cycles.
• Review test cases with HR, Payroll, and WFM teams to ensure full functional coverage.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Test Engineer.
• Deep expertise in Workday testing and module validation.
• Proven ability to create and execute detailed Test Plans and Test Cases.
• Experience testing Workday Finance and Contracts modules.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for reporting test findings and defects.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
