Description

You will coordinate test plans for a large-scale Workday Financials implementation project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive test plans across a complex project environment.
• Manage entry and exit criteria for testing cycles.
• Establish and oversee UAT and QAT governance structures.
• Control change management processes throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Direct defect tracking, resolution, and dependency management for data migrations and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing management roles.
• Hands-on experience with Workday implementations.
• Proven ability to manage UAT and QAT governance.
• Expertise in change management control.
• Experience managing defect tracking and resolution workflows.
• Ability to manage testing dependencies for data migration and integrations.
• Experience working with external vendors during large-scale deployments.
