You will own the quality assurance strategy and execution for Workday HCM implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end testing approaches, including entrance and exit criteria for the Workday HCM application.
• Create test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate functionality, performance, reliability, and stability.
• Manage the defect lifecycle by defining issue tracking processes and coordinating resolution with business and technical teams.
• Oversee tester activities and staffing projections to ensure testing objectives are met within project timelines.
• Establish ongoing testing processes for post-go-live support and provide detailed testing statistics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience testing HCM projects with deep understanding of HR business processes from hire to retire.
• Proven expertise in implementing holistic test strategies across large-scale programs.
• Experience with SaaS and ERP testing, specifically Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate processes including HR, Finance, and Procurement.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, including Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and full life cycle software deployment in Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification such as CSTE, CSQA, CMST, or CSQE.
