Description

You will lead Workday testing efforts across post-implementation or transformation projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts for job architecture and business processes.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate testing deliverables between internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee testing lifecycles to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Workday testing leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Test Management tools, specifically Jira Xray.
• Proficiency in defect management and coordination.
• Experience with Global Job Architecture (GJA) or similar projects.
• Solid skills in communication and stakeholder management.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with automation frameworks.
• Exposure to process improvement in testing lifecycles.
