Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance modules, ensuring business process integrity through rigorous manual and automated testing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage test plans, cases, and defect logs for Workday core modules.
• Perform integration testing using EIBs, APIs, and Workday Studio to validate data flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into testable scenarios.
• Debug complex issues and document root causes to support resolution efforts.
• Maintain test artifacts and ensure compliance with QA standards in a Scrum framework.

Required Skills

• 4–8+ years of QA/Testing experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience testing Workday HCM, Payroll, or Finance modules.
• Deep understanding of Workday business processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Proven expertise in integration testing via EIB, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workday Studio.
• Strong background in test planning, case creation, and defect management tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development cycles.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
