Description

Plan and execute end-to-end testing for Workday configurations, focusing on Payroll and Timekeeping modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts aligned with business requirements and Workday best practices.
• Conduct unit, integration, system, and end-to-end testing to identify and mitigate defects early.
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize test management tools to manage test cases, track defects, and generate reports.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday testing, specifically in the Payroll SKU.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
• Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA or Smartsheets.
• Proven expertise in testing methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• 5+ years of total working experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
