You will lead functional testing efforts across the Workday HCM product suite to ensure seamless implementations and production transitions.
Responsibilities
Execute full lifecycle testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), Production Dress Rehearsal (PDR), Performance testing, and Payroll Parallel Runs.
Develop and maintain test procedures for smoke, regression, system load, data conversion, and integration testing.
Identify, create, and execute test scenarios and cases while managing defect logging, tracking, and timely closure.
Collaborate with integration teams to configure and test connections between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
Manage defect triage meetings and maintain test traceability to ensure all requirements are validated.
Required Skills
3-5 years of Workday functional experience in implementation or support projects.
Proficiency in at least two Workday HCM areas: HCM Core, Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, Time & Absence, Benefits, Workday Payroll, Mobility, or Talent & Performance.
Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.
Ability to develop both automated and manual testing approaches.
Experience working with upstream and downstream application owners for integrated testing.
