Description

You will plan and execute testing cycles for Workday implementations, covering core HCM, Recruiting, and Advanced Compensation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end testing cycles for Workday modules.
• Manage and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Configure and test Workday security profiles and reporting services.
• Validate Workday integrations and data flows.
• Facilitate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM processes.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting processes.
• Knowledge of Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Proficiency in Workday Integration testing.
• Proven experience in test planning and defect management.
