Description

You will plan and execute tests within Workday environments, managing defects throughout the lifecycle.

You will validate Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, and Advanced Compensation processes, including integrations and security configurations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies for Workday modules.
• Manage defects from identification through resolution.
• Validate Core HCM, Recruiting, and Advanced Compensation workflows.
• Test Workday integrations and security configurations.
• Utilize Workday reporting tools to support testing efforts.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM.
• Knowledge of Workday Recruiting processes.
• Experience with Workday Integrations.
• Proficiency in Workday Testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Workday reporting and security configurations.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
