You own the functional testing and quality assurance for Workday implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end functional testing across Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Learning, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence, Help, and Expense.
• Design, prepare, and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on defined business requirements.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) testing cycles.
• Perform integration testing between Workday and external systems such as ADP and LinkedIn.
• Manage defects through identification, logging, tracking, and ensuring timely resolution with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in Workday functional testing.
• Hands-on experience across multiple Workday HCM modules.
• Direct experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation project.
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression testing, and E2E testing processes.
• Experience performing integration testing with third-party systems.
• Proficiency with test management tools, specifically JIRA and Xray.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
