Description

Manage end-to-end testing strategies and execution for large-scale Workday implementations, ensuring functional, integration, and data migration quality across all environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage E2E test strategy covering functional, integration, security, and data migration testing.
• Develop detailed test plans, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple workstreams.
• Oversee creation of test scenarios and scripts for Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, and Security.
• Coordinate execution of Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
• Establish governance for defect management, risk identification, and mitigation while validating data migration accuracy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Workday testing (functional and integration).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API testing.
• Proven experience managing E2E testing for large Workday implementations.
• Expertise in automation frameworks and regression testing.
• Ability to liaise with business teams, HRIT, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Strong skills in creating status updates, dashboards, and readiness metrics.
